Spetza Roasting Co. was born from a deep love for coffee and a relentless commitment to doing things right.

Our founder, Tolga Celik, spent over a decade immersed in the world of specialty coffee traveled over 50 countries — building roasteries, running cafes, and cultivating meaningful relationships with farmers. After successfully running a large coffee operation in Istanbul, he brought that same passion and expertise to the U.S., where Spetza was founded with one goal: to roast and share coffee that speaks for itself—no gimmicks, no shortcuts.

At Spetza, we don’t chase trends. We source fresh harvest, seasonal coffees, build long-term partnerships with producers, and roast weekly in small batches to ensure every cup is at its best. We believe coffee should be vibrant, honest, and never treated like a commodity.
