Spetza Roasting Co. exists for one reason: to make coffee that feels right in real life.

We believe great coffee is built the same way great things are built anywhere. With taste, repetition, and restraint. You do the work. You keep the standards. You let the result speak.

Our founder, Tolga Celik, has spent more than a decade in food and beverage, building roasteries, running cafes, and working closely with producers along the way. Coffee became the constant. Not as a trend, but as a craft shaped by experience and a deep respect for process.

Spetza was created with a clear point of view. Make coffees with clarity, balance, and structure. Coffees that hold up whether brewed as espresso or filter. Coffees you can drink every day and still look forward to.
