🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Texas Caffeine Club, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We stand behind the quality of the products we offer and want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review the following return and refund guidelines.


🛠️ Equipment & Accessories

We accept returns on most equipment and accessories within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, and included accessories must be returned

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be subject to restocking fees or refused

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested prior to shipping anything back

To request a return, please contact us at hello@texascaffeineclub.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used coffee products (coming soon)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description

  • Equipment that has been modified or damaged after delivery


🔁 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange, reach out to us and we’ll help you arrange a return and reorder. Exchanges are only offered for items in new, unused condition and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, or in used condition may be partially refunded or denied


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging, along with your order number. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.


📦 Return Shipping

Unless your item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.


📝 Return Address

We’ll provide the appropriate return address and instructions upon approval of your Return Authorization request. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
