Thank you for shopping with Texas Caffeine Club. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products, estimated delivery times, and what to expect when placing an order.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once it has shipped.


🌎 Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We are working to expand international shipping options soon — stay tuned!


🚛 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your address and order contents.


📬 Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or unexpected carrier delays.


🔄 Split Shipments

If your order contains items from different warehouses or vendors, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking info for each shipment.


🛑 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If an order is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.


💥 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at hello@texascaffeineclub.com within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

  3. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🧾 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor delivery status using the carrier’s tracking tools.
