We’ve been using this matcha for our café drinks and the quality has been very solid. It has a nice green color, mixes well, and tastes smooth in iced lattes. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I wish there was a smaller wholesale size, like a 1 lb bag, for shops that want to test it before committing to the full 1 kg.
We tested this both for drinks and desserts, and it worked great in both. It has enough umami for traditional matcha, but it’s also smooth enough for lattes. No weird grassy bitterness like some bulk matcha we tried before. Good value
I run a small matcha cart and freshness is a big deal for us. This batch had a clean aroma, smooth texture, and really nice green color. Customers noticed the difference, especially in strawberry matcha and vanilla matcha lattes. Definitely good for high-volume use.
We’ve been using this matcha for our iced matcha lattes and it’s been very consistent. The color is bright, it whisks well, and the flavor holds up nicely with milk without getting too bitter. For a 1kg café format, it makes a lot more sense than buying small tins every week.
