The color doesn’t lie.
Real ceremonial-grade matcha is vivid. Almost electric. If yours looks pale or murky — it’s not the real thing.
Spetza 1881 Ceremonial Matcha is sourced directly from one of Japan’s oldest tea houses — a producer with over 140 years of tradition. We pack it fresh in small batches at our Texas facility, so what arrives at your door is nothing like what’s been sitting on a store shelf for months.
Why it’s different
- Ceremonial grade only — first harvest, youngest leaves, brightest color
- Stone-ground — slow milling keeps it smooth, never bitter
- Single-source — we know exactly where it comes from
- Packed fresh in Texas — not sitting in a warehouse
- 100g (3.5oz) resealable stand-up pouch — stays fresh longer
How to use it
Whisk 1–2g into 60–70ml of hot water (175°F / 80°C) for a traditional bowl. Or blend with oat milk over ice for a latte. No bitterness, either way.
One bag. ~50 servings. $0.76 per cup.
